Ur. 1974 w Piekarach Śląskich. Katolicki i wolnościowy publicysta i komentator ekonomiczny.

Ukończył zarządzanie biznesem w warszawskiej Wyższej Szkole Zarządzania/The Polish Open University i nauki polityczne na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim. Doktor filozofii Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego.

Publikował m.in. we „Wprost”, „Życiu”, „Ozonie”, „Frondzie”, „Rzeczpospolitej”, „Pulsie Biznesu”, „Polska The Times”, „Dzienniku Gazecie Prawnej”, „Parkiecie”, „Najwyższym Czasie”, „Gazecie Polskiej” i wielu innych.

Był ekspertem Centrum im. Adama Smitha i Centre for the New Europe w Brukseli.

Tomasz Teluk, Ph.D. is the Founder and the President of the Globalization Institute Foundation and the fellow of the Centre for the New Europe in Brussels. Previously he was a fellow of the e-Economy Institute at the Adam Smith Center in Warsaw. He was also a columnist of the American TechCentralStation.com. He specialized in healthcare, globalization, IT and competition. He publishes in the press, he is a columnist in no. 1 opinion-making Polish weekly "Wprost", and also in such weeklies as "Gazeta Polska" and "Najwyzszy Czas". He published few books: a roman: "The Desire of Happiness" (2000), "E-Business. New Economy" (2002), "IT in Real-Time Enterprise" (2004), "Libertarian Theory of the State" (2006). He is co-author of several books and reports including "Healthcare in Poland" and "Digital Poland". He comments on the most economic events for Polish Radio and TV, TVN CNBC, The Wall Street Journal Poland, Warsaw Business Journal, Business TV, Forbes, Business Puls, Rzeczpospolita and many others.
